Looks as kamailio cannot start
try manual using
```
su - kamailio -s /bin/bash
/usr/sbin/kamailio -DD -P /var/run/kamailio/kamailio.pid 
```
If required need add `-f $CFGFILE -m $SHM_MEMORY -M $PKG_MEMORY` options
