[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] gcj is no more let's use openjdk (#1971)

This PR cannot be merged as it is, either re-worked by the author or another developer.

The commit message does not have the format/content from CONTRIBUTING guide, besides the first line format, the content of the commit message is not strictly related to what it does.

Then, the patch seems to hardcode some paths, specially for java version and amd64. There has to be a way to detect those paths based on some tools.
