You misunderstood my my setup description. The box where Kamailio is running has two interfaces. and Kamailio is listening just on 192.168.14[78].1
If TLS is used, Kamailio is going to use the second interface (192.168.1.1) towards the second Kamailio but it is not configured to listen on this interface. So why does it use this address even if it is not configured to listen on this interface. If plain SIP is used, Kamailio uses 192.168.14[78].1 for all connections.

To me it sounds odd that the behavior is different of choosing the socket if TLS is used or not, doesn't it?
