[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] rtpengine with same config works <5.2 but not working on 5.2 (#1940)

Kamailio never starts.
The same exact config works on kamailio 5.1 and 5.0, but it doesn’t start
on 5.2.

For 5.2 you need to comment out lines 396-402 (dispatcher-related params)
