[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] Segfaults in 5.1.4 (maybe after one rtpengine disappeared) (#1613)

Hi,

 I can see same issue on 5.1.4 too

but without crash. It  just stops processing sip messages (happened to me couple of times after **kamcmd rtpengine.reload** )
As in my case it's running on top of docker I've implemented simple sipp heathcheck that restarts container.
