[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] Supressing SIP registartion with 200OK (#1518)

Hi,

Is there any way in Kamailio where I can suppress  sip registration authentication. 
I want, Kamailio can send 200 OK for sip registration without going for 401 Unauthorized.

Please tell me if you have such configuration in Kamailio.
