[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] cfg_rpc updates changing variable values to large random numbers (#1583)

enclosing the structure in pragma block set the sizeof(cfg_block_t) to 5. 
After this, the bug also stopped occurring but that could just be co-incidental. 

Could you explain why sizeof(cfg_block_t) = 8 fails and sizeof(cfg_block_t) = 5 works ?
