[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] pkg/kamailio/obs: Added ruby package #1761 (#1762)

Looks ok, the Makefile of the module should detect is ruby-2.5 and do `pkg-config ... ruby-2.5`.

Can you go to src/modules/app_ruby and do:

```
make clean
make Q=0
```
and paste the output here.
