[sr-dev] Releasing Kamailio v5.1.5

Hello,

short reminder that 5.1.5 is planned for mid of this week -- I
backported many patches by end of last week, but it would be good that
everyone checks to see if all patches relevant for own deployments were
pushed to 5.1 branch.
