[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] kamailio inserts buggy sip header (#1257)

when kamailio try to dispatch the requests to Asterisk, it inserts a sip header without newline, so the sip header will be concatenated with the next header

herein an example:

sip:edi-2001 at 217.108.243.20:12983;transport=TCP;obContact: <sip:edi-2001 at 10.42.0.11:5060;transport=UDP>
