[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] pkg/kamailio/obs: git cherry-pick to 5.0 branch (#1285)

Now all packaging script is unified. This not important.
It may be usefully if required special systemd unit file for some dist. Then not symlink to ../obs folder not created and created real dir with files.

If you want it i can do.
