[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] registrar: fix xavp_rcd memory consumption (#1111)

@miconda Thanks Daniel. i've asked for more people to confirm the fix and i'm also deploying this to our sandbox environment. will cherry-pick the 1st to 4.4/5.0 and the 2nd to 5.0 if all goes well. so far my environment is stable.
