[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] registrar: fix xavp_rcd memory consumption (#1111)

@miconda i reverted every change and added `xavp_reset_list()` after `t_continue()` in kazoo andalso after `kz_amqp_consumer_fire_event()` and leak continues.
is there a way to lookup the memory allocated values to make sure it is coming from where we think it is ?
