### Description

<!--
Explain what you did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
-->
After upgrading from 5.0 to 5.1.0, the use_domain parameter of the group module doesn't seem to work properly. The configuration file was not changed for the upgrade.

### Troubleshooting

#### Reproduction

Verified proper configuration
```
#!define WITH_GROUP
...
#!ifdef WITH_MULTIDOMAIN
#!define MULTIDOMAIN 1
#!else
#!define MULTIDOMAIN 0
#!endif
...
#!ifdef WITH_GROUP
# ----- group params -----
modparam("group", "db_url", DBURL)
modparam("group", "use_domain", MULTIDOMAIN)
#!endif
```

#### SIP Traffic

<!--
If the issue is exposed by processing specific SIP messages, grab them with ngrep or save in a pcap file, then add them next, or attach to issue, or provide a link to download them (e.g., to a pastebin site).
-->

Since the group isn't found with the domain, the call is rejected (but the SIP traffic isn't an issue here).

### Possible Solutions

<!--
If you found a solution or workaround for the issue, describe it. Ideally, provide a pull request with a fix.
-->
