[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] TCP HEP3 Parsing (#1353)

I was misled by the comment that parsing is working for UDP, so I thought is more or less same as the other issue ...

Do you use same config for handling UDP and TCP hep traffic? Can you post it somewhere to see what functions are used and then check the code for them?
