[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] Incorrect routing of PRACK packets with topos module (#1167)

Finally pushed a new patch related to this. Can you test with latest master branch?

If there is something not working properly, to get all needed data and have privacy, send me directly via email the pcap of such call along with the records from both topos database tables. Just make a comment here that you emailed those to me, in order to look for it in inbox. Would be also useful if you can run with debug=3 and email the logs printed by kamailio.
