[sr-dev] Planning the release of Kamailio v4.4.3

Hello,

short note to remind that v4.4.3 is on its way, so if anyone wants to
backport sny commit to 4.4 branch, then do it before 12:00GMT today.
Afterwards, write before to sr-dev in order to sync and be sure the
builds are not affected.
