[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] Segfault with core dump (#614)

Looks like a bug with the Debian 8 libfreeradius-client-dev package... or at least how Kamailio works with it. Compiling the latest from https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-client has fixed the problem.

I'm going to do some more digging.
