[sr-dev] Planning release of v4.4.2 and other v4.x.y

Hello,

in order to prepare releasing v4.4.2, any commits to branch 4.4 should
be done before 12:00 UTC. Afterwards, send a quick message to sr-dev if
needed to push more commits to ensure it doesn't affect any ongoing
build process.
