[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] crash after t_resume() when calling msg_apply_changes() (#676)

You have to refactor not to use msg apply changes after t suspend/continue, or extend it to be safe to use in tm context.

I think we can add this moment a safety check to detect if it is used in tm context and return an error, rather than going this way further and crash.
