[sr-dev] [kamailio] DMQ under high load kills Kamailio (#399)

OK, whenever you think there is some shm memory leak, do:

```
kamcmd cfg.set_now_int core memlog 1
kamcmd corex.shm_summary
```

The patch above should fix the double free -- if you report testing is ok, then I will backport
