[sr-dev] Planning to release Kamailio v4.2.5

Hello,

short note that I am going to release 4.2.5 later today. If there is
anything to backport to branch 4.2, write an email to sr-dev and wait
for response. Once the announcement of the release is out, then
backports can be done as usual.
