[sr-dev] compiler warnings in debian jessie

Hello,

thanks for reporting, I pushed patches for app_lua and binrpc.

The ones from cfg/ are for really old code, then sha256 files I guess
they were imported from some external lib -- I will look into them as
well with the first chance.
