[sr-dev] building app_lua module fails in debian jessie

I have pkg-config installed.

To Victor: I have customized the official contents of debian dir a bit
for my environment and have not had any problems with it before the
recent lua commit.  Looks like I need to start again from the official
debian dir and do my mods there.
