I pushed some patches to master branch that hopefully will fix the issue. Not chance to test so far (apart of compilation), therefore testing from those interested and feedback will be required to consider backporting.

For more, see the new module parameter lreq_callee_headers in dialog module and the new note in topoh readme about call id masking.
