[sr-dev] [kamailio] registrar - additional features (#91)

[lazedo]

- add xavp when registered returns success
- add reg_received_avp param for strict matching the contact
- add reg_contact_avp param for strict matching the contact
- add xavp to reg_fetch_contacts
