[sr-dev] Developer visibility on Github poject

Hello,

short note for developers about membership visibility to a GitHub
project - by default the membership is not visible, if you want to turn
it on, see the guidelines at:

https://help.github.com/articles/publicizing-or-concealing-organization-membership/

This is for the case when you are not logged in (or for people not part
of the project) -- in other words, turn it on if you want your github
public profile to show you are developer of Kamailio project.
