[sr-dev] [kamailio] Database timeout over SSL? (#406)

I pushed commit 250c7125613fc0fc26b72f68a7d0bd63a4a1b430 to master that adds 3 attempts of mysql ping if autreconnect is set. Feedback about solving or not the issue is appreciated!
