[sr-dev] [4.3.x] crash fix for "socket" feature in dispatcher module

Hello,

the recently added "socket" feature of the dispatcher module wasn't 
working for us (segmentation faults). Turns out there is a small but 
fatal error so the wrong struct got initialized.
Patch attached (relative to the latest git HEAD)
