Details - I've added two functions to textops:

- set_body_multipart([txt, content_type]):
  This will replace or convert, if no parameters are given, the body to multipart.
  Replacing Content-Type to multipart/mixed;boundary="unique-boundary-1"
  appending Mime-Version: 1.0 and enclosing the body between --unique-boundary-1

- append_body_multipart(txt, content_type[, content-disposition]):
  This will append txt with conten_type as Content-Type and if given content_dispositon
  as Content-Disposition enclosed between --unique-boundary-1
