[sr-dev] kamailio OCF resource agent for pacemaker

Hello Stefan,

thanks a lot for the contribution, the script looks good.

I wonder if we should add it to our git repository or make it available 
via wiki, where other people than developers can contribute as well.

Anyone else having suggestions how to maintain such useful scripts?
