[sr-dev] Get SIP Digest working

Hi Marek,

i will review your patch next week and commit it to Master, if it is
correct. After verifying, we can cherrypick for 4.1 as well.

What user-agent are you using?

I've noticed something similar with an old AVM FritzBox (7170) during
christmas, which made me wonder, as newer FritzBoxes (7360 / 7390) and
other plain SIP-Devices (CSipSimple on Android, Snom 370, Yealink,
Patton, Genexis, Sipura, ...) did not cause this trouble.
