Sorry for my late reply :P  corefiles I will attach later.

After some tests these days, I found that high CPU usage of kamailio won't happen if it's compiled in debug mode,
and I think the problem is about flags of config.mak, followings are the different parts:

upper one is release mode, lower one is debug mode

LIB_LDFLAGS= -shared  -g -Wl,-E 

UTILS_LDFLAGS=  -m32 -Wl,-O2 -Wl,-E   
UTILS_LDFLAGS=  -g -Wl,-E 

LDFLAGS=  -m32 -Wl,-O2 -Wl,-E   
LDFLAGS=  -g -Wl,-E 

for C_DEFS there's only a more "-DEXTRA_DEBUG" in debug mode
