Had the same problem with ims_registrar_pcscf module:

Apr  6 05:44:22 ims kamailio: ERROR: <core> [sr_module.c:599]: load_module(): ERROR: load_module: could not open module </usr/lib64/kamailio/modules/ims_registrar_pcscf.so>: /usr/lib64/kamailio/modules/ims_registrar_pcscf.so: undefined symbol: sem_post

Attached patch makes same change in its Makefile after which the module loaded fine on Ubuntu.
