[sr-dev] CentOS packaging and document for 4.1.0 - please help

Hi Peter,

I am just waiting to see if Henning would like to review my changes before
I commit, but in my tests memcached module now builds fine on CentOS 6
using the "stock" provided libmemcached library (0.31).
