[sr-dev] send_reply() bug when called from branch route

Hello,
indeed, in the source code t_reply() throws an error if used from branch
route, but sl_send_reply() is fine. Given that send_reply() is a wrapper
around the two, the code needs to be reviewed to see why t_reply() is
not allowed in branch route and find a solution for it.
