[sr-dev] memory leak in memcached module

Hi Charles,
I've been looking at this today.
Since we were in a hurry to understand the issue I applied a quick fix
(attached) just to test and it solved our current issue. If you want I can
work more on it in order to have a better and cleaner solution useful in
the other cases where pv_get_mcd_value_helper is called.
