pater,

if your complete implementation of the fixes includes extensive changes,
then i would like to commit to 4.0 the patch that i sent to sr-dev list
recently, because it is very simple and corrects outbound_mode=1
behavior allowing same registrar to serve both outbound and non-outbound
UAs.
