[sr-dev] Kamailio v4.0.0 Released - new major version is out

Hello,

I have built and uploaded my .rpm packages (for CentOS 6 x86_64 and 
Fedora 18 x86_64).  These are now available from my personal yum 
repository at http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9300853/yum/index.html
