[sr-dev] New developer: Camille Oudot

Hello,

I want to announce that a new person got developer GIT write access to 
repository: Camille Oudot - from Orange, France. Currently, he is 
developing mainly on Kamailio IMS modules, several patches being 
submitted lately by him.

His git commit id is: coudot
