[sr-dev] cfg files for IMS modules

Hi,

i just added the updated sample configuration files for the IMS setup
to the examples folder. Just make a "git pull" and you should get the
updated configs....

They currently just contain one bug, this is the reason, why i did not
commit them before:

I cannot do the t_relay() after the Transaction was asynchronously continued?!?

That is something, i wanted to figure out after my skiing holidays in
the dolomites.... (next week).
