[sr-dev] Wiki hacked

Hello,

thanks for heads up. I reverted the front page and removed the malicious 
user.

Not sure what is the right term for this behavior, it happened in the 
past as well, spammers create valid users on the wiki (because it allows 
public registration) and then change some content. No valid account or 
server was effectively hacked/broken into.
