[sr-dev] Planing to release v4.0.1

Hello,

quick reminder -- if anyone has patches to backport to branch 4.0, do it 
before 12:00GMT. After that I start packaging v4.0.1, send a 
notification to sr-dev mailing list in case of need to backport.
