Hi,

yes, it supports attachments -- there is a limit on size, if you exceed, 
you get a notification back.

The last one went through, you can see it in archive:

If it exceeds the limits of mailing list, you can write me to allow it 
from the bounces, as it will be held for moderation. The limit is for 
spamming protection.

Alternative is to upload on tracker if it is a big patch.
