auth: new function pv_auth_check(...)

- equivalent of auth_check(...) from auth_db, but taking the password
  from a PV -- combines pv_proxy_authenticate() and
  pv_www_authenticate()
- new module parameter use_domain that controls whether the domain part
  of URIs should be used or not to make the identity checks upon
  authentication with pv_auth_check(...)
