[sr-dev] Statistics module and update_stat cmd

Hi All,

Is there any reason why update_stat(name, value) shouldn't take a $var/avp
as the value? If not, I will go ahead and add the ability.

This would be useful to be able to dynamically add/subtract values to/from
a specific stat.
