app_lua make works ok with may 17 version of master, but only with
version 5.1.5-1 of lua.

perhaps i did some mistake earlier, because now also app_lua make of
latest master works ok with version 5.1.5-1 of lua.

so the conclusion is that something broke when lua was upgraded from
5.1.5-1 to 5.1.5-2.
