Hi Daniel,

ah, i was not aware of ncat as well, only nc. ;-) I think at least in the 
available versions nc or ncat does not support SCTP.
But they are some patches available, e.g.:

http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2009/q2/609 and some more, i think.
