[sr-dev] Outbound: mid-dialog request routing

Hi,

I have had no response to this, so I will do no more work in the area of
mid-dialog request routing.

It may well be that the work I have done for initial requests (in the
record_route() exported functions) may be sufficient for this if called
appropriately.
