[sr-dev] Request for new Developer

Hi,

I'd like to give Richard Fuchs (rfuchs at sipwise.com) write access to git.
He used to implement couple of things (e.g. period handling of timerec
module beside others) already, and I commited it for him, but that's a
bit unpractical. Any objections to it? Who needs which infos to grant
him access?
